Get rid of extra zucchini with this great crisp recipe

Zucchini Crisp finished. Yum!!

Zucchini (apple) Crisp
Ingredients
- 3 cups small cubes Zucchini
- Sprinkle with lemon juice and set aside.
- Topping mix
- 1 cube butter softened
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Instructions

Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top of zucchini

Sprinkle topping and bake.

Zucchini peeled and cut up. I use an 8×8 pan.

Seasoned with Cinnamon and Nutmeg.

Covered with topping. Ready to bake 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until the topping is brown on the top and the zucchini is done.

I took the rest of that big zucchini and shredded it with my Bosch slicer, dicer. I looked up my favorite zucchini bread recipe. I measured the amount I needed and put it into freezer bags, flattened them out and put them into the freezer. You could also cut them into cubes and put some in the freezer for more zucchini crisp.
